Who is Skintaut? Skintaut is a subscription box service delivering high-quality health, beauty, and wellness products sent to you every month. Rejuvenate the mind body and spirit with luxury products.
Do you offer a trial subscription box? The current promotion we offer is Buy 2 months and get 1 month free. This is our version of a trial subscription.
What products will be featured in the boxes? Skintaut quality is our first priority and so we hand picks only the top products around the world for you. We like to include products that come from large and small companies. Unlike most subscription box services, Skintaut sends 4-5 full size products to your door ranging from makeup and skincare to teas and relaxation products. The box contents are kept secret; however, in our newsletter and/or on social media we post sneak peeks of that month’s featured products. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and sign up for the newsletter to see sneak peeks of our boxes. Every box includes a product card with information on the products and how to use them. We also post tutorials, teaching you how to use the products featured and also give tips and tricks for usage.

Do you have a Blog? At the moment we do not have a blog, but we will have one in the near future.
Are the products natural, vegan, organic, hypoallergenic, or tested on animals? Most of the products in our boxes are natural, organic, and/or not tested on animals; however, we cannot guarantee that all of our products fall into these categories. Each product that is selected is tested for at least 2 weeks on our own before it can go in the box. We keep a log on how the performs and then decides if it passes our test to be included in the box.
Billing & Cancellation
How can I cancel my subscription? email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject " Cancel my subscription" - it will be canceled with 48 hours. Please note that canceling does not affect the shipment of any pre-paid boxes. To not be charged for the next month’s box, please cancel before the renewal date, the 1st of each month.
What type of credit cards do you accept? These are the credit cards and debit cards we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We are working to accept gift and prepaid cards and well as apple pay in the near future.
Once I’ve received all of my prepaid boxes will the subscription automatically renew? All Subscriptions auto-renew following the shipment of your final prepaid box. You can opt out of auto-renew by canceling your subscription at any time. Gifts are one time purchases and not set to auto-renew but upon checkout you have the option to check Automatically renew this subscription.
Shipping and Handling
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free for customers in the US. If you are an international subscriber, shipping costs vary with each country.
Can I customize the products that go in Skintaut box? Currently, our boxes are not personalized for each customer; however, as our business grows, we will plan to include skincare profiles to cater to each customer’s needs and desires
Will you provide a tracking number for boxes that get shipped? Skintaut will provide tracking updates, so you can be aware of the status of your box.
What do I do if my box tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my box? In most cases, if the USPS classifies your package as “delivered,” we cannot ship a replacement box. In order to be considered for a replacement box, email us within 48 hours of your box’s delivery date according to your tracking. Replacement boxes cannot be forwarded to a new address. To avoid these cases, please check if your shipping address is correct.
How do you ship your boxes? For our customers within the US, most of you will receive your Skintaut boxes through the USPS; however, due to the varying shipping costs within the United States, some customers will receive their boxes through FedEx or UPS. All of our Skintaut boxes are shipped with a outer over to protect the box from the elelments to ensure the content is secure.
